The Young Kids program focuses on empowering self-esteem in a creative, safe, and playful environment through activities that provide an emphasis on active listening and discipline. This program introduces young students to basic martial arts moves and is designed to build on foundational skills such as concentration, memorization, balance, and gross motor coordination. Consistent practice builds a sense of independence and self-confidence through fun drills, unique games, and lots of exercise.  These activities will help young ones develop listening skills, cooperation, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
